1. Do you offer self-check-in?

No! We do not offer self check-in. All of our check-ins are conducted in person by a member of our qualified staff.
We coordinate with each guest in advance to agree on a personalized arrival time, ensuring a warm and professional welcome at the property.

2. Is there parking available?

To get private parking, you must place a request in advance!

3. Do you offer luggage storage?

No, we don’t. But there’s luggage storage close to our accommodation!

4. Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, we provide complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi in every suite.

5. Can I smoke at the property?

Unfortunately non of our rooms and suites have a smoking area. Smoking is allowed just outside the building.

6. What about fresh towels and linens?

All of our suites come with fresh towels and linens.

7. Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, while we love our furry friends as much as you do, we cannot accommodate them in our creative suites.

8. What’s the cancellation policy?

Cancel 30 days, or more, in advance of check-in to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests 14 days, or more, in advance of check-in receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations occurring less than 14 days before check-in is 100%.

9. Do you have a reception?

Yes! Our reception is open daily from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM for in-person check-ins, guest assistance, and general information.
Outside of these hours, we remain available 24/7 by phone for any needs or emergencies.
Should you require in-person assistance or wish to check in after reception hours, a member of our team will promptly come to the property to assist you personally.

10. What time can I check in and check out?

Check-in time is 2:00 PM (local time) and check-out time is 10:00 AM (local time).

11. Do you offer breakfast?

Unfortunately not, but there are some great breakfast places in the area

12. Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we can ensure airport pickup/drop off if it’s requested. This has an extra fee.

13. Do you have cots available?

Yes, for children up to 2 years of age, it is possible to add a cot to their parent’s room free of charge. The availability of cots is limited, so we advise you to request them when booking.
